        Subject: Workshop on textual annotation

The WoPoss team from the University of Neuchâtel is pleased to announce
a workshop on Textual annotation: tools and methods, that will take
place on January 23, 2023with a hybrid format. Registration is mandatory
for both in presence and online participants.


The workshop will consist of three sessions:


   *     Silvia ORLANDI (University of Rome La Sapienza): Latin language and
     digital epigraphy: different approaches and multiple solutions

   *     WoPoss team (University of Neuchâtel): Multilayered semantic
     annotation: The WoPoss approach

   *     Irina BIGOULAEVA (Technische Universität Darmstadt): Presentation of
     the annotation platform INCEpTION


Each lecture will be followed by a hands-on session, so that the
participants can test the annotation platforms and practise through
different annotation tasks.
