Subject: Vacancy: Research Associate in Semantic Web and Digital Oral History
Dear colleagues
Apologies for cross-posting. We are currently recruiting for a Research
Associate specializing in Semantic Web and Information Extraction to contribute
to MeDoraH, an exciting 3-year AHRC-DFG funded project on digital methods in
oral history research. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with a
technical and Digital Humanities background seeking professional research
development in a mixed-methods Digital Oral History project. The focus will be
on bringing together experienced researchers in the UK and Germany to explore
how semantic web technologies, historical-interpretative analysis, and digital
research methods can be effectively combined to foment a 'digital
methodological-hermeneutical turn' in oral history research.
Closing Date 16 February 2024
