        Subject: automatic digital images evaluation

hi everyone

does anyone of you know what i could do in order to automatically
evaluate thousands of digital images?
i mean producing something like a list where for any image there are the
file name, resolution, color depth, IPR rights, quality of focus, ...
possibly reading images non only offline but also situated at a given
URL (directory/ies and their subdirs)
