Subject: magazén - new issue out - now ranked as top-tiers journal

Dear digital humanists,

We are delighted to announce that magazén has been ranked in Q1 (“leading
publication”) in SCOPUS for Literature and Literary Theory and that at the
same time the Italian National Evaluation Board for Scientific Research
(ANVUR) has classified magazén as a Classe A journal in the fields of Art
History and Museology (10/B1). Please find more information in the
introductory article of the newly published issue 6.1 (2025):
http://doi.org/10.30687/mag/2724-3923/2025/01 (TOC below).

magazén is now switching to a rolling publication mode. That means articles
will be published individually as soon as they are ready, rather than
waiting to be included in a scheduled issue. This approach will allow for
faster dissemination of research, greater flexibility for editors and
authors, and an efficient workflow. The first article of issue 6.2 (2025)
has already been published:

by Ulrike Henny-Krahmer, Fernanda Alvares Freire and Erik Renz
An investigation of the role of lecture series in Digital Humanities as a
