Subject: Two PhD positions at Leipzig University in Natural Language Processing/Computational Linguistics
Hi all,
There are two open PhD positions in Natural Language Processing
available at the Institute for Computer Science at Leipzig University,
in the group of Leonie Weissweiler.
Potential research topics include but aren’t limited to:
- Linguistic Interpretability
- Multilingual Evaluation
- Computational Typology
Positions are fully funded for at least three years and will be
affiliated with the ScaDS.AI graduate school. Ideal PhD candidates have
a master's degree in computational linguistics, computer science or a
related discipline.
Positions: Full-time (TV-L E13) for 3 years
Preferred start date: 1st of April 2026
