Moving the Frame: New Computational Practices for the Description and
Organisation of the BT Film Collection

University College London (UCL) and BT Group Archives (BTGA) are pleased to
announce the availability of a fully funded doctoral studentship from 1st
October 2026 under the AHRC’s Collaborative Doctoral Partnerships (CDP)
scheme, including stipend and international student fees waiver.

The student will be encouraged to develop their own multidisciplinary

This may include machine-learning and computer vision among other
approaches to knowledge organisation and digital humanities.

Please see the full job description for more details, benefits, and how to
apply, by 24th April 2026. Interviews will be held in London on 22nd May
2026.

Please contact daniel.c.s.wilson@ucl.ac.uk
