Join my team! I am recruiting a part-time Research Associate (16 hrs/week) to
support the exciting interdisciplinary GLOW project, exploring how AI can unlock
access to born-digital governmental records securely and ethically.

πŸ“… Contract: 1β€― Sept.β€―2025 – 30β€―Apr.β€―2026 (fixed-term)
πŸ’Ό Job Grade: Specialist & Supporting Academic, Gradeβ€―6
πŸ“ Location: mostly online, with some occasional on-site work

πŸŽ“ What You'll Do
_Organise two multi-stakeholder workshops (UK & US) with policy-makers,
archivists, digital humanists, computer scientists, GLAM professionals
_Conduct and transcribe interviews with key stakeholders across sectors
_Contribute to a policy toolkit/report guiding archival practice for born-
digital content
_Manage communications, events, and project dissemination
_Assist with copy-editing, administrative tasks, and stakeholder presentations

πŸ“ Essential Qualifications & Skills
_PhD (or near completion) in the social sciences or humanities
_Strong qualitative research experience (data collection and analysis)
_Proven event organisation, communications, and stakeholder-engagement abilities
_Excellent writing and oral presentation skills
_Self-driven, organised, and able to work collaboratively across disciplines

✨ Desirable: Experience developing funding proposals, academic publications, or
GLAM-sector engagement
